Multi-Property Portfolio Inspection

The Challenge

A property management company overseeing five multifamily communities across Orange County needed all properties inspected for SB-721 compliance before the end of the year. With 840 total units and over 1,200 exterior elevated elements, the management team needed a single vendor who could handle the entire portfolio consistently and deliver reports in a standardized format for their board presentations.
