Parking Deck Waterproofing

The Challenge

A five-level parking structure was experiencing water leaks through the top deck into the levels below, causing damage to vehicles and deterioration of the concrete substrate. The existing coating had failed after 12 years and needed full replacement.

Our Solution

We removed the failed coating, repaired spalled concrete, and installed a new traffic-rated polyurethane membrane system with a slip-resistant aggregate finish. All work was completed during off-peak hours to keep the garage operational.
